我们使用必要的本地存储（如浏览器 localStorage 中的登录令牌）来维持你的登录状态与会话延续。我们不使用用于跨站广告追踪的第三方 Cookie。
为实现服务功能，我们会在最小必要范围内将部分数据提供给以下类型的第三方服务商，并要求其仅为向你提供服务而处理数据：

文字日志在云端永久保留，供你随时回看；视频在云端保留 100 天，你可在此期间随时将视频下载至本地永久留存——下载后即永久属于你，不受云端留存期限制。账号基本信息在你的账号存续期间保留；你彻底删除账号后，个人数据将被物理删除（交易流水出于财务与法律合规需要做匿名化保留，不再关联到你本人）。
我们以符合生产环境标准的方式保管你的数据：对敏感数据做加密存储与访问控制，传输层使用 HTTPS 加密，内部无关人员不可访问你的内容。尽管如此，没有任何系统能保证绝对安全；我们会持续改进安全措施，并在发生可能影响你权益的数据安全事件时依法告知你。

We use necessary local storage (such as the login token in the browser's localStorage) to maintain your login state and session continuity. We do not use third-party cookies for cross-site advertising tracking.
To deliver the Service's features, we provide certain data, within the minimum necessary scope, to the following types of third-party providers, and require them to process the data solely to provide the Service to you:
Except in the situations above, with your explicit consent, or as required by law, we will not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to any third party.
Text journals are kept in the cloud permanently for you to revisit anytime; videos are kept in the cloud for 100 days, during which you may download any video to your device for permanent keeping — once downloaded, it is permanently yours and no longer subject to the cloud retention period. Basic account information is kept for the life of your account; after you permanently delete your account, your personal data is physically deleted (transaction records are anonymized and retained for financial and legal compliance, no longer linked to you).
We safeguard your data in line with production-grade standards: sensitive data is encrypted at rest with access controls, the transport layer uses HTTPS encryption, and unrelated internal personnel cannot access your content. Even so, no system can guarantee absolute security; we continually improve our safeguards and will notify you in accordance with the law in the event of a data-security incident that may affect your rights.

The Service is intended mainly for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a minor, please use the Service with the consent and guidance of a guardian. If a guardian finds that we have collected a minor's information without consent, they can contact us through "Feedback" and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on the deployment and the locations of the third-party providers used, some of your data may be stored or processed outside mainland China. We will take the necessary measures in accordance with applicable law to safeguard the legality and security of such transfers.
We may update this Policy from time to time. After an update, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page, and significant changes affecting your important rights will be prominently announced through in-product notices or similar means.
