我们对你的四条承诺

数据只属于你 照片、档案，以及为它生成的画像、场景、日志和视频，所有权都归你本人。我们只是替它在喵星保管和呈现。
绝不用于训练 你上传的照片与生成的内容，绝不会被用来训练任何 AI 模型，不并入任何数据集，不做与为你服务无关的二次利用。

我们会以符合生产环境标准的方式保管它的数据，对敏感数据做加密与访问控制，内部无关人员不可访问。调用第三方 AI 生成时，我们会核查服务商不将你的内容用于训练。

保存多久

它的文字日志会一直留在云端，永久保存，供你随时回看——它一直都在，不会因为时间而消失。它的视频是珍贵的高光时刻，在云端为你保留 100 天；这 100 天里你可随时将视频下载至本地，下载后即永久属于你，不受云端留存期限制。我们不会以"留存到期即消失"的方式给你制造二次失去。

What you upload is the likeness they left behind. We understand how much this data means, so we've written down how we treat it right here, instead of burying it in lengthy clauses.

Our Four Promises to You

The data is yours alone The photos, the profile, and the portraits, scenes, journals, and videos generated for them — all of it belongs to you. We merely keep and present it for them on Meow Planet.
Never used for training The photos you upload and the content generated will never be used to train any AI model, never included in any dataset, and never put to any secondary use unrelated to serving you.
You can export and take it with you Exporting all of their records (photos, portraits, journals, videos, profile) to keep is your right. Once logged in, you can export everything in one click from your account (the login panel).
You can permanently delete Permanently deleting all of their data is your right — deletion means true deletion, not a "soft delete" kept on file. Once logged in, you can permanently delete it yourself from your account (the login panel) — true deletion.

We safeguard their data in line with production-grade standards, with encryption and access controls for sensitive data, and unrelated internal personnel cannot access it. When calling third-party AI generation, we verify that providers do not use your content for training.

How Long We Keep It

Their text journals stay in the cloud permanently, for you to revisit anytime — they are always there and will not vanish with time. Their videos are precious highlight moments, kept in the cloud for you for 100 days; within those 100 days you may download any video to your device, and once downloaded it is permanently yours, free of the cloud retention period. We will never create a second loss for you through "it disappears when retention expires."
