本服务是一款面向失去宠物的主人的情感纪念产品。你上传一张已故宠物（当前仅支持猫）的照片并填写档案后，本服务借助人工智能技术为它建立专属形象、生成画像与场景、持续撰写文字日志，并在你的触发下生成短视频，让你以温柔的方式怀念与陪伴它。
本服务是情感疗愈与纪念产品，不是真实生命的复现，也不承诺任何形式的"复活"。所有生成内容均为基于你所提供资料的艺术化呈现。
你可以先以匿名方式体验建档；为长期保存它的资料、跨设备找回、以及使用付费功能，你需要通过电子邮箱验证码的方式登录。
你上传的照片、填写的档案，以及由此生成的画像、场景、文字日志、视频和对话记录，其所有权归你本人。本服务仅为向你提供服务而对这些内容进行必要的存储、处理与呈现。
"星光"是本服务内用于生成画像、场景、视频等消耗算力的虚拟道具。
你在使用本服务时，不得上传或生成以下内容：
本服务对建档图片与对话内容设有内容安全审核机制，对命中红线的内容将予以拒绝或做温柔化处理。严重或反复违规的账号，我们有权限制功能或终止服务。
本服务生成的画像、场景、日志与视频均由人工智能基于你提供的资料生成，属于艺术化的再创作，可能与真实宠物存在差异，不代表客观事实。你理解并接受 AI 生成结果具有一定的不确定性与偶发偏差。
本服务的软件、界面、文案、"喵星"世界观设定、喵星语言体系等，其知识产权归本服务运营方所有，受法律保护。未经许可，你不得复制、传播、反向工程或用于商业用途。
你上传的照片与为你生成的个性化内容的所有权归你，本服务不主张对其的所有权。
本服务目前处于早期阶段，我们可能根据运营需要调整、暂停或终止部分或全部功能。对于重大变更，我们会尽合理努力提前告知。因不可抗力、第三方服务（如 AI 算力、支付、邮件服务商）故障等非本服务可控原因导致的服务中断，我们不承担由此产生的责任，但会尽力恢复。
本服务是情感疗愈产品，不构成任何医疗、心理治疗或专业心理咨询。若你正经历严重的情绪困扰，请及时寻求专业帮助或拨打当地心理援助热线。
在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按"现状"提供，对生成内容的准确性、特定用途适用性不作明示或默示担保。在法律允许范围内，本服务对你承担的赔偿责任总额以你为使用本服务而实际支付的费用为限。
本服务主要面向成年人。若你是未成年人，请在监护人的同意与指导下使用，尤其是涉及付费的功能。我们不会在知情的情况下向未成年人提供付费服务或收集其个人信息；如发现相关情况，将依法处理。
我们可能适时更新本协议。更新后将在本页更新"最近更新"日期，重大变更会通过产品内公告等方式告知。更新后你继续使用本服务，即视为接受修改后的协议。
本协议的订立、效力、解释与争议解决，适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律（不含港澳台地区的法律）。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to Their Star (the "Service"). These Terms form the agreement between you and the operator of the Service regarding your use of it. By registering an account, uploading a photo, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service.
The Service is an emotional-remembrance product for people who have lost a pet. After you upload a photo of your departed pet (currently cats only) and fill in a profile, the Service uses artificial intelligence to build a dedicated likeness, generate portraits and scenes, continuously write text journals, and — when you trigger it — generate short videos, so you can remember and stay with them in a gentle way.
The Service is a product for emotional healing and remembrance. It is not a recreation of a real life and makes no promise of any form of "resurrection." All generated content is an artistic rendering based on the material you provide.
You may first try creating a profile anonymously. To keep your pet's records long-term, retrieve them across devices, and use paid features, you need to log in via an email verification code.
The photos you upload, the profile you fill in, and the portraits, scenes, text journals, videos, and conversation records generated from them belong to you. The Service only stores, processes, and displays this content as necessary to provide the Service to you.
"Starlight" is an in-service virtual item used to power compute-intensive generation such as portraits, scenes, and videos.
While using the Service, you must not upload or generate any of the following:
The Service applies content-safety review to profile images and conversation content, and will reject or gently rework content that crosses a red line. For serious or repeated violations, we may restrict features or terminate the Service for the account.
The portraits, scenes, journals, and videos generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence based on the material you provide. They are an artistic re-creation, may differ from the real pet, and do not represent objective fact. You understand and accept that AI-generated results carry a degree of uncertainty and occasional deviation.
The Service's software, interface, copy, the "Meow Planet" world-setting, the meow-language system, and the like are the intellectual property of the operator and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.
The photos you upload and the personalized content generated for you belong to you; the Service claims no ownership over them.
The Service is currently at an early stage, and we may adjust, suspend, or terminate part or all of its features as operations require. For major changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or by failures of third-party services (such as AI compute, payment, or email providers) that are beyond our control, but we will do our best to restore service.
The Service is a product for emotional healing and does not constitute any medical, psychotherapeutic, or professional counseling service. If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, please seek professional help promptly or call a local mental-health support line.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," with no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of the generated content. To the extent permitted by law, the Service's total liability to you is limited to the amount you have actually paid to use the Service.
The Service is intended mainly for adults. If you are a minor, please use it with the consent and guidance of a guardian, especially for features involving payment. We do not knowingly provide paid services to, or collect personal information from, minors; where we become aware of such cases, we will handle them in accordance with the law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. After an update, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page, and significant changes will be announced through in-product notices or similar means. Your continued use of the Service after an update is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or region of residence, which continue to apply where they grant you stronger rights. Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
